5 things we learned at CES Thursday

As we wrap up the fourth day of the International Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, it's clear there's no minimum age required to enjoy the hottest gadgets.
Here's what we learned from CES on Thursday:
1. Oh baby! Tech toys are for infants, too. Babies encounter several key milestones in their early years: their first word, first step, first tooth. Now there's baby's first smart pacifier, one of several interesting gadgets aimed at parents of infants. Also featured: a smart bottle that tracks its angle with a motion sensor and an app-controlled baby seat that can mimic a moving car.
2. Pandora charts its next steps. The top streaming music service is branching out. Like many tech companies, Pandora is focused on two upcoming trends: the wearable space and cars. "They grow more slowly, but it's a gigantic category," says Pandora founder Tim Westergren of the rising auto tech market.
3. Selfies by land -- and sea. There's no more critical use for technology than perfecting the selfie -- and shooting them in the most interesting locations. For camera lovers feeling a bit adventurous, there's DiCAPac, a company that makes a waterproof case with selfie stick. The bundle will retail for about $60.
4. A hard drive for your TV. Camera maker Canon is jumping into the hard drive business. But instead of plugging it into a computer, the 1TB CS100 is connected to the users' TV, giving them access to photos off their computer.
5. Even wine coolers have Wi-Fi. Haier showcased the Wi-Fi-friendly Mini Wine Cellar, which will allow users to set the perfect temperature for their bottle of wine via mobile app. The app even suggests meal pairings as well as automatically chooses the best temperature to store your wine.
